Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped within 1–2 business days. While refunds are not typically offered once an order has shipped, if your package arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In most cases, we will provide a replacement shipment to ensure you receive your order in good condition, and in certain cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion. To help us document the incident and file a claim with the carrier, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the damaged products and the shipping box, including the label. For your safety, please do not consume perishable items if they arrive warm, spilled, or otherwise compromised. Please note that damage during transit is the responsibility of the carrier; however, Perfect Pear Juice Bar will take full responsibility ensuring you are taken care of.
